  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary; however, email address is required. Internet access or phone number may be required. Be sure to consult your internet service provider. The Promoter is not responsible for any charges any internet service provider may charge an entrant.
  3. Promotion Period: This Promotion opens at 12:00am GMT on the 27th November 2024 and closes at 10:00am GMT on the 15th December 2024.
  4. There are three entry routes with a shared prize pool.
  5. To Enter:
    1. Visit https://goodlifeplus.co.uk/prize/151224-4k-smart-tv/sign-up/  and complete the online form providing your full name, phone number and email address to be entered into the selected prize draw.
      1. Send an envelope or postcard including your first name, last name, email address and phone number to FREE ENTRY INTO 4k Smart TV, Brook Industrial Park, Unit G&H, Mill Brook Rd, Orpington BR5 3TX, during the Promotion Period to be entered into the prize draw. All entries must be handwritten so we can identify individuals and ensure they are not automated. One postal entry per envelope or postcard. All valid postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as all other entries and all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall apply equally to entries via the postal entry route.
      2. All postal entries must be received 24 hours before the closing date of the relevant Prize Draw Promotion Period to be entered into that Prize Draw to ensure the entry is counted.
    2. Have an active paid for membership with the promoter, which entitles the customer to the number of entries associated with their membership. Visit goodlifeplus.co.uk/membership-levels chose the plan of your choice and proceed to start a free trial or make a purchase based on the selected plan. The allotted number of entries associated with your membership will be automatically be applied to each and every draw.
  6. The Prize

  7. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    1. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
    2. The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.
    3. Any warranty is subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty period.
    4. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
  8. Winner Selection: One provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize Draw will be conducted by an independent algorithm within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
  9. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address registered to their account or provided upon entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility and acceptance of the Prize within 30 days of initial contact. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 30 days, the Prize Draw will be redrawn, and a new winner will be chosen via the same process. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
  10. Prize Acceptance: The winner will be contacted within 5 days of acceptance of the Prize to organise their Prize delivery.
  11. The Promoter may request that the winner participates publicity arising from the Promotion, which may include interviews with press, the provision or taking of photographs and/or videos for use in press and on social media platforms. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
  12. If for any reason the Prize is not available for delivery straight away, the Promoter reserves the right to deliver or arrange for the winner to collect the Prize within twelve weeks of initial contact with the winner. In this instance, the winner will receive notification of this in advance.
  13. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
  14. All images shown on the www.goodlifeplus.co.uk website are for illustrative purposes only.
  15. Provided no objection is received, the surname and county/country of residence of the winner will be made available by sending an email to [email protected] with “4k Smart TV Give Away” in the subject line one month after the close of the Promotion, for a period of 8 weeks. The winner may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by sending an email to [email protected] with “4k Smart TV Give Away REQUEST” in the subject line. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on its request.
  16. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
    1. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;
    2. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
    3. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks; or
    4. promotes any political agenda.
  17. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
  18. No responsibility can be taken for any entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending the postal entry or submitting an online entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.goodlifeplus.co.uk, the entry page or the postal address.
  19. The Promoter may refuse to award the Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
  20. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  21. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full, including entries beyond the maximum allowed, will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own, using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator or using any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be void and recoverable.
  22. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions due to an act, omission, event or circumstance which occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
  23. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless the entrants’ positive consent has been obtained.   24. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the remainder of the provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
  25. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  26. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
  27. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
