- Pay to Enter Route: Visit https://goodlifeplus.co.uk/ and sign up for a Goodlife+ subscription (see Clause 5 for subscription details) by providing your full name, email address, mobile phone number, billing address and payment details to automatically receive entries into all daily Prize Draws.
- Free Entry Route:
To receive a minimum of 1 entry into a Prize Draw, you must:- Send a handwritten envelope or postcard including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the giveaway that you would like to enter and the date of the draw to Good Life Plus, Unit G&H, Mill Brook Road, Orpington, Kent, BR5 3TX during the Promotion Period to be enter.
- All postal entries must be received 24 hours before the closing date of the relevant Prize Draw Promotion Period to be entered into that Prize Draw to ensure the entry is counted.
- Online entry route, customer can enter selected draws online for free by visiting the corresponding promotional page signing up using their personal details.
- Further Entry details and conditions:
- Any entrants, via the free or pay to enter route, into our giveaways may also be automatically eligible to win a small prize or gift, ranging from free entries to various other Prize Draws at the promoter’s discretion, to selected giveaways within 12 months of claiming 1 free entry or other free items provided by a partner brand. - Subscription details:
- Subscription tiers provide entries to daily Prize Draws. The exact number of entries per Prize Draw that is included with each subscription tier will be as displayed during checkout and in the customer’s account section. There is no fixed maximum number of entries, and entries will vary based on your subscription tier and associated billing period. The price for the subscription tiers will be as displayed on the website during checkout or when you start a free trial. - Postal Entry details:
- The Promoter will contact an entrant via the email address provided on the envelope or postcard to confirm their entry.
- All valid postal entries will be given one equal chance of winning as all other single entries and all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall apply equally to entries via the postal entry route.
- You must enter into each Prize Draw individually; one postcard is one entry to one Prize Draw.

- There is no limit to the number of free postal entries, meaning that you can enter as often as you link via post.
- Individuals found trying to manipulate/use the free trial more than once will be banned and all entries will be VOID.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by calling 0203 1461 890.
- Payments are non-refundable after billing, except for annual plans which are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. This refund policy does not apply to monthly plans.
- Subscription will commence on the date of initial purchase, or at the end of the subscription’s free trial period, and subscriptions may be cancelled by the Promoter due to breach of terms.
- Subscriptions may be cancelled by the Promoter if necessary from breach of its Terms and Conditions, without a notice period.
- The Prize: One winner will win the specified prize for that day’s given prize draw.
- Winner Selection: One provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the relevant Prize Draw’s Promotion Period. Each Prize Draw will be independently verified by Promo Veritas within 5 working days of the end of the relevant Prize Draw’s Promotion Period.
- Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted by the email address registered to their account or provided upon entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility and acceptance of the Prize within 30 days of initial contact. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. In the event that a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 30 days, the competition will be redrawn, and a new winner will be chosen via the same process. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
- Prize Acceptance: The winner will be contacted within 12 days of acceptance of the Prize to organise their Prize delivery. In the unlikely event that the winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing [email protected]. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
- If for any reason the prize is not available straight away, the promoter reserves the right to deliver the prize within twelve weeks of initial contact with the winner. In this instance, the winner will receive notification of this in advance.
- The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion, which may include interviews with press, the provision or taking of photographs and/or videos for use in press and on social media platforms. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

- Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. The list can be obtained by sending a request via email to [email protected] and can be found on https://goodlifeplus.co.uk/winners/past. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
- Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
- are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;
- contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
- contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks; or
- promotes any political agenda.
- The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation from the promoter, unless specified otherwise on the prize’s terms and conditions. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
- In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
- No responsibility can be taken for any entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending the postal entry or submitting an online entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.goodlifeplus.co.uk or the entry page.
- In the event that the Promoter is unable to proceed with the Promotion, the Promoter will refund all entrants that have purchased a subscription during the Promotion Period.
- The Promoter may refuse to award the Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
- All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full, including entries beyond the maximum allowed, will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own, using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator or using any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be void and recoverable.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions due to an act, omission, event or circumstance which occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
- Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless the entrants’ positive consent has been obtained. - If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the remainder of the provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.

Physical Scratch Card Product
Participants aged 18 and over in the UK are eligible to win a free mystery prize by revealing three mystery box icons in a row on the scratch card. The mystery prize may include 1–100 free entries into an upcoming draw, The scratch card and prizes are offered without requiring a purchase. Prizes must be redeemed by calling the number printed on the physical scratch card product. Additionally:- All callers who claim a free mystery prize will be automatically entered into an exclusive draw for £1,000 and £10,000.
- The exclusive draw closes at 5:00 PM BST on the 24th of June 2025, and the winners will be announced at 7:00 PM BST on the same day.
